This conference is for anyone who has a child in their life. Parents, grandparents, caregivers, teachers, early childhood educators, aunts, uncles. If you have a child you want to better understand and connect with, this is for you.
The virtual event is being held through an online platform, Hubilo.
Participants will be emailed event details within a welcome information email that is sent to the email address listed on the order confirmation. This will be sent approximately 1 week prior to the event, as our event team wants to ensure the platform is fully functional and finalized before guest access is granted.
Access to the webinar presentations will not be available until April 23-25, 2021 – as it is a live airing event.
The event will be airing in Mountain Time, from 8:00am-5:30pm.
We are offering a variety of passes between: full weekend passes, one day passes, or single Keynote passes. The live airing of the event will take place April 23-25, 2021.
DO NOT WORRY if you cannot attend the live airing of the conference. You will receive access to the recordings for all workshops for up to 60 days following the live event.

The ability to view our conference workshops from the comfort of your own home! Content will vary based on which ticket pass has been purchased. Handouts for each workshop will also be provided, along with access to recordings that are viewable up to 60 days.
Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another participant at any time before the start date of the conference.
Conference participation certificates are sent to all participants.
Those who require a certificate of completion for individual courses stating specific content hours must pass a quiz to assess an adequate understanding of learning objectives.
The quizzes are linked directly under each session description in Hubilo, and must receive a 70% passing grade.
*Not applicable for Keynote presentations.
We have been in good standing with Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, and become pre-approved for CEC’s through them.
As we are not a formally accredited institution, we provide a certificate for professional development purposes stating the workshop content hours. However, you will need to apply directly with your governing body to ensure our workshops are eligible for any CEU’s, if it differs from the organizations we have gained pre-approval with.
Content hours that will be listed on the certificates used for professional development are as follows:
Half day workshops = 3 hours
Full day workshops = 6.5 hours
Only those who contact our administration team and complete the quiz following completion of each workshop, will be provided the certificate(s) stating hours for each workshop.
The short answer is – no.
As with any live event or conference, there will be a risk of last minute speaker cancellations, and this is a risk you make as a purchaser for a full weekend of presentations.
In the event a speaker can no longer present at our conference due to unforeseen circumstances or changes in schedule, ICP commits to ensuring the session slot is replaced with another expert instructor leading a children’s mental health presentation.
No, due to copyright purposes we do not share powerpoint slides. As it is the intellectual property owned by the speaker, it is their discretion on whether they choose to provide slides as a handout.
We treat our online conference on a similar par as if it were an in-person conference, in which powerpoint slides would not be available.
